How long does shipping take for large furniture items?
Standard delivery for large furniture and paneling typically takes 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number and a scheduled delivery window once your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer samples of your wood and fabric panels?
Yes, we offer sample swatches for most of our collections. This allows you to test the texture and color in your own space before committing to a full order.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-cut panels or bespoke furniture pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
Sustainability is core to The Panel. We partner with FSC-certified suppliers to ensure our wood products are responsibly harvested and our textiles are eco-friendly.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters our production and fulfillment cycle and cannot be changed.
Do you provide professional installation services?
While we do not provide direct installation, all our products come with comprehensive digital guides. We can also recommend certified local contractors in select metropolitan areas.
